Old building- lots of potential
Pros
Massive apartments. So much space. Great super.
Cons
Landlord not cooperative with maintaining apartments
Advice to the owners
Renovate apartments at tenants request and don’t bargain or negotiate with them. Some of the apartments are so old and out of date and it doesn’t take much to send a crew in to replace some cabinets or floors or fresh coat of paint. The super is great. Hardworking.

Super Rude Unhelpful Management
Pros
Massive apartments and a lot of closet space. More than your average New York apartment
Cons
Old. Management always weary to renovate. It’s like pulling teeth. The only way they will listen is to call the city on them.
Advice to the owners
Your management office is incredibly rude and argumentative. They literally fight on the phone with their tenants. It’s madness.
