Stingy, but nice apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apartments, good location
Cons:
The management is very stingy and even the women on the front desk is just rude. There is a rat and cockroach infestation THROUGH OUT THE BUILDING. And they crawl through the heaters. At night you can see cockroaches causually walking in the hallways and arent even afraid of humans. They try to take advantage of immigrant Tenants and lie to them and try to have them move out by denying them their rights as tenants. When the manager knows that the family is an immigrant he purposely speaks very quickly and fast and doesn't give the family the chance to talk or explain.
Advice to owner:
Manners, stop being stingy, hire better cleaners.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Rent stabilized or not!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful, spacious studio with ample closet and storage space.
Cons:
BEDBUGS! Run for your life. Upon moving in, you are sure to get an infestation as they come through holes in the walls. How I wish I knew this before.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap and make legitimate efforts to eradicate your building of these pests. Shame on you.

Not Worth the Move Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The space of my apartment is pretty decent. There’s a lot of space to move around.
Cons:
The building has a bed bug problem despite mention of no prior bed bug history in the lease. They knew about this problem for years and failed to tell new tenants this. Management is useless. Also no one has done anything to remedy noise complaints.
Advice to owner:
Find a better way to deal with pests and stop lying to your tenants. Actually be helpful in trying to resolve situations instead of pretending like you care.
