Horrible management great apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is nice. A few flaws but the welcome to NYC renting.
Cons:
Management did not have our apartment ready after we paid to move in later than they wanted. They asked for more money so we gave it to them, then we went to move in and the apartment was a construction zone with no working appliances. Shall I add that they didn’t answer me for two weeks? And all of the contact information online isn’t real? I had to have my partner contact him and then he answered him. Never responded to me though. Good luck getting any problem resolved. Incredibly unprofessional and unfortunate because if it weren’t for them not answering the place is great! There were no apologies made, no insight as to why this was happening, nothing.
