Rats, roaches, dirty hallways, broken intercom, main doors always unlocked
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment, responsive owner and súper though it takes them a long time to fix issues.
Cons:
Roaches and other insects, rats, mice, hallways always dirty, stairs and public areas full of stuff blocking the way, trash area always filthy, backyard full of rats and broken glass beer bottles, heat and hot water issues constantly, main doors always unlocked as a result, packages have been stolen from me, no intercom.
Advice to owner:
Fix all these issues with the same diligence you charge rent on the first of the month.
