Useless landlord and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
beautiful building with friendly people, quiet location
Cons:
No way to contact landlord given at all. Super does not make repairs and frequently ignores requests. Hot water has been randomly turned off without any notice.
Advice to owner:
Hire better supers and actually be in contact with your tenants
