Building is a cesspool with a slumlord.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice and the pond is nice.
Cons:
There is no staff. The building is filthy. The doors are always unlocked and strangers roam the hallways. ICE and other police are always here. Landlord NEVER answers calls or emails. Rents are raised 30-50% every year. Avoid.
Advice to owner:
HIRE FULL TIME STAFF, INCLUDING A DOORMAN!!!!
