Pros:
The size of apartments in this bldg are generous. It is kept reasonably clean and garbage disposal is timely.
Cons:
The owners turn a deaf ear with regard to repairs, especially if major. Heat in the winter is scant, and the use of a heater is almost mandatory. They are only interested in collecting the rent.

Treat your tenants better

Pros:
Big and sunny apartment (6 floor)
Cons:
Super thin floors, impossible to escape the noise from downstairs neighbors. You can hear people’s conversations downstairs loud and clear.
