Slow, irresponsible management

Near the groceries and subway station. Apartments are renovated and clean.
Cons:
Super Eddie doing absolutely nothing. Management ignoring your requests and very slow. Permanent problem with hot water.

Peaceful and lowkey place in Midwood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management office is super responsive and maintenance requests are usually resolved within 24 hours or less. The super (Eddie) lives in the building and is fairly easy to reach. He's great about addressing complaints and jumping in to help immediately for emergencies.
Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Building is comprised of a lot of families and older folks, but there is also a nice sprinkling of younger people as well. Trash maintenance is good and someone comes out to clear out the trash room every few days. Overall, a great place to rent.
Cons:
More frequent pest control would be nice. Never had too big of a problem with pests but did see a lone cockroach every month or so.
