Beware, Maintenance & Owner Negligence
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors and neighborhood is nice.
Cons:
Moved in and there was immediately a pest/roach issue. Also upon inspection the stove had gas leaking from the flex hose and had to relocate immediately. National grid recommended for us to relocate.
Advice to owner:
Do proper inspections of the units and your gas valves in the basement.
