Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized apartments
Cons:
Walls are very thin can hear every single step the person above you takes. Management is nice at first but ignores you after a few months once real problems start. No heat multiple times during the winter when it was below 20 degrees out. The water is randomly shut off with zero explanation . There is a major roach problem. Management is racist to immigrant tenants here as well. Water pressure in shower is horrible also roaches come out of the shower 24/7 . Just overall horrible place to live there is also a tenant here who harasses other tenants and the landlords refuse to kick him out. The cops are here all the time due to him. Not worth the cheap renr
Advice to owner:
Care about the building upkeep. Listen and respond to your tenants. So much more but they will not do any of it just don’t live here
