1806 Realty LLC is the worst management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing to add at the moment.
Cons:
Management can’t be any worse. Olga (if that’s her real name) is an epitome of rude, unprofessional, and don’t give a f… attitude. My toilet hasn’t been flushing for more than a month with a promise of a plumber coming any day and all she has to say is ‘you missed him and now I don’t know when he can come back, maybe in a week’. She also lied she called 3 times.
Advice to owner:
Management should be skilled in talking to people and maybe care just a little.
