OK place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is responsive to fixing repairs, heat is appropriate in the winter, the garbage is removed each day from the trash room, my neighbors are not that noisy, the super is responsive, the building is safe and maintained.
Cons:
The floors are weak and when I did have noisy neighbors above me (with running children) it was unbearable. Also, I could hear my neighbors having sex in the mornings. Luckily they moved after two years. If it's quiet you can hear conversations. I have lived in the building for nearly 12 years.
