Well kept building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building always kept clean by superintendent. Neighbors are mostly quiet and respectful.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors above aren’t held accountable. Mice. Apartment could be kept in better repair.
Advice to owner:
Check in for repairs needed in apartments (without charging more each month). better mouse control and holding noisy neighbors accountable.
