Pros:
This place felt cooler in the summer compared to other places I lived
Cons:
Lots of mice, roaches and centipede.
Heaters are extremely loud and they will definitely wake you up at night. Also they overheat the apartment. Bad management of smoke detectors. One of them has been beeping for weeks without being replaced i could hear in inside my apartment. It was extremely annoying, because it was waking me up at night. Then the some detector disappeared for several month
