Typical Pre-war Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big rooms, wood flooring
Cons:
Sometimes we have kids sneak in and smoke weed in the lobby. Management does nothing about it even though they’re usually responsive about other things.
Advice to owner:
Heat could be better, cleanliness of general lobby and modernization of common areas would be a help.
