Overall good, but huge issue with roaches

Pros:
Fairly clean, quiet, laundry in building
Cons:
Cockroaches, especially when other units get exterminated, they run through ALL the cracks.
Advice to owner:
Seal all the cracks in every unit and exterminate the entire building
