Midwood needs help
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great access to public trans and generally low crime
Cons:
Mice have invaded the bldg with many apts affected. Plumbing is a disaster. Most apartments experiecing leaks. Roaches a big problem. The exterminator here only once a month and rarely rings the tenants bells.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the property. Reinstate the doorman which was taken away 15 years ago.Expand the hours of the super. Incl Saturday
