Pros:
Close to the subway
Cons:
Building is poorly maintained. There are bedbugs and roaches in all the units. Some have mice. The units are very shabby. Management is not responsive or efficient. During winter, there are days of no heat. And when temperatures are up, they give continuous heat that you become sick. No proper control of the heat. Sometimes, there is no hot water during winter. No elevator. No laundry. The super living in the building isn’t super. He just takes the trash out. There is no control of the rent. It’s not worth the rent. Run from this property. There
Advice to owner:
You really need to invest and fix all the problems. Who knows who might sue you for concealing facts and not fixing the problems. You need to change your super, management. There are bugs hiding in the thousands of cracks and crevices.
