Avoid this building like the plague

Pros:
Great location. Established neighbors are good
Cons:
The board is the most corrupt. They haven’t had elections in over 3 years, the “live in” super hasn’t set foot in the building in over 2 years and rents out his basement apt (that has to be paid by shareholders) for his own profit.
It’s a very hush hush situation — if you request anything it will be ignored.
Avoid getting into this building.
Advice to owner:
Sell or overthrow that super corrupt board.
