Location and schools
Former Tenant
Pros:
Home attendant lives in the same building and very responsive.
Close to the D train station, but not too close so it’s not too loud.
A short walk to all kinds of shopping and restaurants on the 86th street, Best Buy, BJs.
Very good schools: PS 101 and Cavalaro middle school.
Cons:
Squeaky floors.
Poor sound isolation between apartments.
23rd Ave can get busy at times which produces traffic noise in the day time.
Advice to owner:
I don’t have any advice.
