It’s an ok building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front door is always locked.
Cons:
No rain cover on top of the entrance.
Advice to owner:
Ask what can be improved in the building and be more open minded.

The new landlord is very cheap with any repairs

Building is clean and the neighborhood is OK
Cons:
The owner likes to press the woman in the building and likes to show up un announced at any time of the day
Advice to owner:
Stop doing the bare minimum to pacify a Repair
