Pros:
The building is great can’t complain. Apartment is very spacious, great area.
Cons:
The people living in this building are horrible! Very dirty !!!
Advice to owner:
Owner needs to start giving fines to people who keep their trash in front of the door all week !

Well the apartments are big and the rent is a reasonable price

One time I was taking a shower and the roof fell on me!

Spend money on repairing the building, please!
