This building is disgusting!
Former Tenant
Pros:
First I want to start with the elevator always broken and it normally takes about a week to fix it, pest problem I don’t really want to get to details, just want to say roaches and rats are really welcome in this building, stairs smell like feces, laundry room smells like if they wash dead bodies and the landlord try to do scam saying people owe her rent when they don’t and when u tell her to take u to court she stays quiet. All apartment are old not good conditions and overpriced, I understand the area is nice and everything but the building is trash and they have a lot of cats and dogs here which is not allowed by the building.
Cons:
She stressing people about they owe money on the middle of the pandemic COVID-19 without showing no proof.
Advice to owner:
Please be smart and stop thinking people are dumb.
