Pros:
there’s no pros in living here
Cons:
Tenants are very dirty , noisy , disrespectful
there’s alway substance abuse in front of the house
Landlord communication skill are disgusting
Each apartment is falling apart , mold everywhere , there’s plumbing issues , there’s no heat
Advice to owner:
to the new landlord YASMEEN LATIFE stop sending fake eviction letters to your tenants and using the excuse that they are illegal immigrants, nobody has to live is disgusting conditions in there apartments , you want rent money then fix everything , start communicating with each and every one and stop using the excuse that your a mother of 4 kids . if you can not be a business person then sell the house to someone who can be a better landlord then you , you are a slum landlord and the conditions you have everyone live on is so disgusting take this and use this to fix your mistakes
