Bay 38th Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was very nice. Building was cleaned daily and in time.
Cons:
The bell didnt work my entire year working there. Laundry room would always break down. Roaches galore
Advice to owner:
Listen to the tenants more and help fix their problems not jus let them pile up and try to rush to get em done last minute

Steer clear from this slum of a building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros. Ok maybe one, the location.
Cons:
Building is filthy, infested with rodents and roaches, management office is RUDE and CHEAP. Pretty much you have to pay for any work. Mailboxes are broken! Doorbells don't work. Packages get stolen. Garbage galore. Washer machines and dryers always broken. Stay far away from this building.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants the way you would want your family treated and stop being a slum lord.
