Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to public transportation and shopping and the beach
Cons:
Landlord does nothing about the one noisy tenant who plays music extremely loud and yells alot, even heard things breaking
Advice to owner:
For the sake of your other tenants, give the noise maker an ultimatum stop or leave
