A place to smoke…
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, neighbors are nice, heat is good and the half garage that the landlord passes as a 2 car garage is nice. If you like to smoke marijuana, this building lets you smoke inside. I know, because they let the tenant upstairs sample all the time.
Cons:
Tenant upstairs is noisy and inconsiderate. She will be there forever because she is related to the landlord. She smokes weed all the time, her son as well. And when we spoke to the landlord, he kept denying it. Then when complained again, he said it was legal and for us to call the cops. Then they requested that we move. A long with the potheads upstairs, you will have to pay the electric for his other sister in law, who lives in the basement. She, on a daily basis, screams at the top of her lungs, while talking on the phone. Don’t let them try to pass their half garage as a 2 car garage.
Advice to owner:
Should take into consideration what your tenants requests are, rather then letting your siblings do whatever they want, with no regards to your property.
