    Very tiny good looking apartment

    Pros:
    Private only tree familys in the whole building
    Cons:
    Very cold apartment windows don't close properly floor tearing off
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in your tenants by fixing their windows and buy new appliances, that's the least that you can do for them they pay rent fitfully.
