Walls paper thin
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, nice space
Cons:
This is for 2375 East 3rd street. Walls paper thin. Lived on 6 floor in a nice studio, however, neighbors were crackheads with loud barking dog. Could hear everything! Moved out in a year.

The only thing that’s good. Is that it’s Warm
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s warm. Too warm.
Cons:
Lived here for a year. Old building. Apartment was infested with roaches upon moving in. Neighbors are loud, and super is USELESS. Had an emergency and he couldn’t even have cared less. Just turned off his phone when I called a second time. Screens had holes in them and management refused to replace them. They never reached out to renew lease or find out if I wanted to (I won’t be) The only good thing about this building is that it’s warm. No hot water in the morning. Sometimes the water isn’t even clean when it runs. Leaky faucets. Don’t live here.
