Very good building

Pros:
-Quiet blocd -Great unobstructed views -Very clean -Good super -Recently replaced elevator -Garage, but also lots of street parking
Cons:
-Upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment on several occasions -2 separate management companies, for renters/owners
