Had a different landlord but was fine 20yrs ago

Pros

Had a nice size 2 br apt upstairs. No maintenance, pest or heat issues during that time. Landlord lived downstairs & was responsive. Quiet street, decent neighborhood, good for families (nothing exciting). Walkable to subway. Short subway/bus/ drive to beach. Roof access.

Cons

Neighborhood is not close to Manhattan just FYI if you commute. Not the most noise-proofed in terms of hearing your fellow tenants, but overall pleasant.
