Management must address their bad tennants

Pros:
The person living in unit 7G was causing a lot of problems for all the tenants. The tenant in 7G destroyed property in the building He caused water damage for the tenants below him. 7G also blasted his music at all hours. He would not listen to people who asked him to stay quiet. He would run around and scream in the hallways of the floors of the building management could not stop him

The building was well maintained

Pros:
The super is responsive and helpful. Walkways are cleared in a timely fashion when it snows. Water pressure is great and there is always hot water.
Cons:
Serious pest control issues - mice and bugs. The back door of the building gets left open all the time. Old plumbing means leaks on a semi-regular basis. The windows are old, so you hear everything from outside.

Only neighbors is a pros
Cons:
Dirty, cockroaches everywhere even in lobby, super is super rude and doesn’t want to to his job, always yells. Management don’t care about clients.
Advice to owner:
Ought to be clean, polite and care more about tenants.
