Building has no ramp and no baby stroller parking!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty clean, calm, quiet. Neighbors are good
Cons:
No ramp, no baby stroller keeping place, heating is so so...
Advice to owner:
Please build some ramp and baby stroller parking and fix your boiler!

I am so glad I am leaving...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Respectful neighbors, nice area, clean building (for the most part)
Cons:
Getting anything fixed takes forever! They encourage you to talk to the super first but a lot of the time he doesn't show up. He does not live in the building. There were some issues I had that he needed approval from management first or he needed management to send contractors for. I had to write an email and I did not get any answers back for over 2 weeks. Calls seem to go one ear and out the other. Ive had a wall that's needed fixing since November and it's about to be May. All windows need to be replaced and management does not feel it is important. That's what I was told when I moved in.
In the last 3 months there has been an influx of crackheads entering the building. This was not something I experienced when I moved in. One time I went downstairs and saw human feces and urine by the stairs. Disgusting!
Also beware that Neptune is a busy street so it is loud.
Advice to owner:
Before I moved in I had no issue getting in contact with the landlord. Clean up this building, add amenities to the apartments, care more for your tenants, update/renovate the apartments. I honestly don't know how tenants stay in this building.
