Not bad not good

Pros:
1. Close to different subways: B, Q, F 2. Close to shops, pharmacies 3. Close to the Ocean! 4. Big apartments with A/C in each rooms 5. A lot of windows
Cons:
1. Very cold in the winter! 2. Expensive
