Good and bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet floor, we had good neighbors, good natural light, nice size one bedroom, decent water pressure and heat/hot water
Cons:
Lack of security for mail delivery. Packages constantly going "missing". Tenants let their dogs poop in the courtyard and don't clean it up. Hard for maintenance to keep up with the garbage tenants generate and many just throw trash in the courtyard without regard for the bins at all.
Advice to owner:
More garbage and recycling bins. Tenants need a secure way to receive mail and packages. Not everyone can "make do" with a PO box or Amazon lockers. Penalize tenants for dog poop violations.
