Nice landlord , but the building is soo dirty

If you need any renovations Landlord is always available
Cons:
Cockroaches, bed bags, you name it
Advice to owner:
You need to clean this building. It’s insanely dirty and overwhelmed with cockroaches

Pros:
Hot water, heat, cleanliness are all good
Cons:
Security is an issue, drug addicts and drug use in building lobby which is scary depending the time you come into the building. Strange characters sometimes watching you in the lobby.
Building needs to be painted and updated.
Advice to owner:
Better security system with cctv links to intercom system when downstairs doorbell rings
Update the paint on the walls. Last pair jobs looks to be from 1985….
