This building is a GEM!
Former Tenant
Pros:
On-site super who is very responsive, attentive and keeps the building clean (both inside and outside). Quiet building Very clean building compared to others I’ve lived in and visited in the NYC area. Laundry in the basement is a plus! We have been here almost two years and have never really had any maintenance issues.
Cons:
We had an issue with roaches because of a former tenant but it was quickly resolved.
Advice to owner:
Ideally we would love to be able to have laundry in our unit.
