Poor management, No cleaning service in the building
Cons:
Doormen is friendly
Advice to owner:
Change intercom system and make regular schedule for building ccleaning

Great location (beach, stores, parks, etc.), laundry in the building
Cons:
Terrible internet and phone connection, bad water, cockroaches
Advice to owner:
The building on very old. Needs update (water, heat, gas, etc.)
