Honest review of long time resident

Pros:
Location, close to the subway. Quiet neighbors.
Cons:
no single person is responsible for lost items. The video cameras are fake useless when you need security follow up. No mail box control at the entrance, back entrance is very often open so anyone can come in. FINALLY The HEAT has become so much better after the new management. Excellent HEAT! Horrible laundry room, extremely small. Out of 4 washing machines 2 is always broken.
Advice to owner:
Replace the fake video cameras with the real one. Help your resident to identify the thief. Someone should be responsible for the safety of the building!!!
