Rat mold trap
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in Brooklyn
Cons:
The landlord does not like money fixing things like the leaky roof ... the rat problem .. there are bed bugs in building .. roaches and mice ...they can fix it up to make apartment look new with the old problems .. they tend to bandaid and not fix ... I’ve lived in apartment for 5 years and it was same issue from the time I moved on until the time I moved out . The super is incompetent he tends to let porter who had no experience do work . The landlord is quick to take your money but won’t fix issues .
Advice to owner:
Fix the issues like rat problems on roof and basement and mold
