Former Tenant
Pros:
the super was very kind, the neighbors were all kind and caring. the apartment is beautiful in a way, it’s very old and i am sad they are renovating them.
Cons:
they started renovating and we had massive roach problems. we also had bedbugs. i saw mice in the lobby constantly. rent was far too high for what we had.
Advice to owner:
lower your rent. it’s a cool space but not worth 2500 for a one bedroom.
