Bullying and Intimidating management and Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to major transport and to Brooklyn College
Cons:
Smells terrible. Lots of mice and roaches even with pest control. Do not respond to fixing apartments even with major problems. If you have a problem with them they break the lock on your mailbox, then you start losing mail and packages and they do not respond to help resolve the problem. The apartments are not well kept.
Advice to owner:
If you are going to charge high rents then make your tenants' apartments feel like their home, clean up and stop harassing the tenants. If you have cameras, how come the package theft for certain tenants cannot be resolved.

I would save my money before renting here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big rooms and apartments
Close to Flatbush junction
Cons:
Super is lazy doesn’t maintain the buildings upkeep mice running around hallway playing tag
Management are scammers do not let them scam you out of brokers fee it’s illegal
Neighbors have no consideration of other Loud music and sounds like you’re living under the Bronx zoo
Intercom system has been broke since July so you have to manually open the door
Laundry in basement sucks dryers always broke and lil laundry aids “mice” to always assist folding clothes
This building is infested with roaches and our apartment had bedbugs when we moved in
So many holes in all over apartment and the kitchen was disgusting when we moved in
I would recommend to save your money and look elsewhere
Advice to owner:
Make sure building upkeep is happening

Bugs and broken things
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in the basement but sometimes dysfunctional and eats my money. Elevator but sometimes it fails to work. Spacious apartment.
Cons:
Building is infested with roaches. Keeping an apartment as clean as I do doesn’t change the fact I hate my kitchen. If appliances bust, it may take days to weeks to be repaired. No functional garbage system. I cannot throw a 50 gal garbage bag down a shoot. Laundry machines either don’t run even when you put your quarters in, or the industrial dryer doors don’t properly close.
Advice to owner:
Get it together. I pay way too much for so many problems.
Other buildings have a line of garbage cans somewhere and signs for what to throw away in each. That makes more sense.
