Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a relatively safe building and the management is easy going. I love that it has a laundry room and is a 2 minute walk to the train. The prices are also unbeatable for such a convenient location.
Cons:
They do amateur work on apartments. You’ll never get a nice sleek looking paint job or anything like that.
Advice to owner:
It’s time to be more modern. Collect email address and communicate with tenants that way instead of a bunch of printed flyers. Accept online rent payments
