Don’t recommend at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
Luxury building with gym and close to train station
Cons:
Neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate

Loads of potential if not for crappy tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern apartment, control my heat, everything electric, dishwasher and in-building laundry. Also nice to be able to pay my bill online.
Cons:
Management just sends emails asking people not to do things with 0 repercussions.
- Seems like the only good floors are 6 and 7.
- No windows in bathroom
- Very thin walls.
- Tenants are loud
- Building smells like cigarette smoke
- Vents have to stay on 24/7 to compensate for the cigarette smoke that comes into my apartment.
Advice to owner:

4TH FLOOR IS NOISE HELL
Former Tenant
Pros:
My lease end date.
Cons:
I live on the 4th Floor and apartment 4F has 2 pitbulls that they have NO control over. They bark for HOURS during the day and HOURS during the night. The building has thin walls so the entire 4th FL can hear the dogs bark. It's difficult to sleep.

I feel bad for whoever moves into apartment 4E because they have to deal with being even closer to the dogs barking AND the tenants smoke cigarettes.

You will be unhappy here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is new and as a first tenant in my apartment, I was pleased with the appliances; floors and large balcony.
Cons:
There is no FT super and only a porter that comes in 2-3 hours during the week with little time or attention to clean properly. The outside is always filled with garbage and dog feces that the building refuses to clean. Not once, not ever. The laundry room is filthy and often unusable as you will find machines are filthy, the floor is filthy and the dust is awful. Floors 1 through 4 have a large number of low-income housing, which is needed, but there is often an issue with music, dogs barking all night and day and what I now know is a roach infestation. It is easy to see that many of the people in this building are struggling financially and mentally. There is drinking in the front and loitering with it coming into the lobby. It is easy to feel unsafe.
Advice to owner:
Stop misleading people that this is a luxury building. It is not. Hire a FT super as you state, ensure all areas are maintained with no patches. Remove garbage so that the roach infestation ends. Deal with inconsiderate neighbors.

Well-managed hellscape :)
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Safe building
- nice amenities offered for price
Cons:
- unbelievable amount of noise travels in this building. You can hear the apartments down the hall, whether its dogs barking or babies crying or people partying or fighting.
Advice to owner:
At least monitor the noise level in the evenings, and promptly confront problematic tenants before police has to get involved.

*bark bark bark*
Former Tenant
Pros:
the actual unit itself is quite nice. lots of sunlight. amenities like the roof and the gym are good too.
Cons:
constant barking from dogs. it really ruins the entire building for at least the floor said dog is on, the one above, and the one below. walls are thin so tenants without inside voices become your day.
Advice to owner:
increase management regarding noise control and quiet hours.

New Luxury Projects
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has a decent gym, the rooftop is nice, and the area has lots of stores. You control your heating which is cool. Management is responsive. Not helpful but responsive.
Cons:
Do NOT rent here. The people ruin this building as they're inconsiderate and have no control over their dogs and with constant arguing and loud music playing regardless of the day or time. Living here is literally the equivalent of the projects with a makeover.

- walls are thin, you can hear everything
- people blast music whatever time of day
- constant dog barking that you can hear
- packages get stolen
- heat and hot water not included, electric only
- the hallways frequently smell like smoke and/or garbage
- cheap apt walls, everything leaves a mark
- people "pay too much for rent for people to tell them how loud ‘they’ can be"
- couples fight regularly here and because walls are thin, enjoy the show
- they allow section 8/people in the shelter to live here so it’s a reflection of just that
Advice to owner:
This place has become run down quickly. Need stricter rules as it's the wild west.

Terrible tenants and terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance is great! One person cleans the entire building and it is well done
Cons:
LOUD NEIGHBORS! Do not move here!!! The building is filled with shelter tenants (which I have nothing against) but some of them don’t work, blast music all day and management does nothing about it. Packages were stolen and it took management months to deal with it. LOUD music and screaming crazy neighbors make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable
Advice to owner:
Hire better management to handle the building issues

New Building But Does The Job
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of amenities
In the winter the apartment insulation was kind of incredible - we used the heat maybe a total of 40 hours throughout the entire winter
Spacious
Nice balcony, decent rooftop
Cons:
Not so much the building itself but the area has construction all of the time right now (2022-23) and there aren't a whole lot of places to go such as cafes or bars nearby
Mail situation was a bit of a mess but they've improved it

Great and Pretty building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice amenities, lobby and hallways always clean, the apartments are really luxury and nice
Cons:
Nothing except the units are a bit too small for my liking

Stay Clear of This Building for Heavens Sake
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment has gym, rooftop and laundry. That's it.
Cons:
Everything else. Neighbors are loud, walls are thin so you'll never have a quiet day. Staircase resembles that of the projects. Very obviously a cheap new build.
