Pros:
This building has big rooms and big windows.
Cons:
This building is old, dirty, has pests , neighbors won’t wear masks, students in front of the building are very loud and play basketball all night, neighbors are rude.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building, paint all of the walls and fix al of the lights in the hallways.
