Conveniently located near subway
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a one fare area subway is close by
Cons:
Management never response to tenant emails or calls. Building has had mouse problems for years and tenants are left to handle the issue on their own.
Advice to owner:
Take care of all of your buildings every surrounding buildings are in much better condition. Handle the tenant complaints and respond to emails/calls
