Pros:
Relatively Quiet and Spacious large apartments.
Cons:
The building has a rodent issue as well as super who lacks common courtesy. The building is not sanitize and clean prior or post covid.
Advice to owner:
Address issues with super and begin routine cleaning of building hallways.
