1439 ocean avenue
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood other than that it is a horrible place to reside
Cons:
Rodents , pest , mold, no heat , badly water pressure, never made repairs properly, elevators old and dirty, basement full of bed bugs and mildew smell, etc the list goes on
Advice to owner:
I advise the owner does things by the book of the health department, and dob. Because there is a violation in every inch of that building.

No help from super. No help from landlord. Everything is old. All appliances are old and don’t work properly. Windows broken. Has mold. Biggest regret
