Pros:
ON THE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING LOOKS NICE BUT ON THE INSIDE APTS THERE IS NO HEAT WHEN NECESSARY & THESE INSIDE APARTMENTS IS INFESTED WITH GREEN MOLD & LEAKS.
Cons:
SINCE WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY $50 FOR A SMOKE/CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR THAT THE MANAGEMENT NEVER INSTALLED ON THEIR OWN EXPENSE AS PART OF MY MAINTENANCE IN MY COOP APARTMENT 8F
