Rent Controlled but not Ideal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent Controlled Near public transportation Relatively quiet
Cons:
Heat doesn’t work. Laundry room is dirty and machines don’t work. Although there is a monthly visit by exterminator, there is definitely a roach and rodent issue. Parking can be difficult to find. The garage beneath the building os extremely expensive. About $275 monthly
Advice to owner:
Please fix the laundry room and radiator issue. Increase the cleanliness of the building.
